Ingredients:
Relish can be made serval days in advance and used. This is a great sugar free option to a Thanksgiving classic.
- 3 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 2 ½ cups RxSugar-Organic Allouse Syrup
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ t Allspice
- ½ t Cinnamon
- 1 ea Orange Zested
Yield: 8 (½ cup servings)
Procedure:- In a med sized saucepan place cranberries, Syrup, Vinegar, and Spices and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling turn stove heat down to med and simmer for 10 mins. Stirring occasionally.
- Pull and set stand for 20 mins.
- Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
